A 44-year-old from Moosburg had to answer for sexual harassment before the Erding district court on Wednesday. He was accused of touching and stroking his colleague in several places on his upper body and running his fingers through the hair at the security checkpoint at Munich Airport.
The victim is still traumatized to this day, but did not have to testify. The man appealed against the penalty order - less because of the already low fine of 750 euros. However, the Moosburger will now have to look for a new job.
