The Christmas storm damaged around 64 meters of the promenade. It was partially washed out and granite slabs of the wall covering were torn from their anchoring. The section has since been cordoned off with construction fences. How complex the repair will be remains to be seen. It had already made headlines last year - because of its security. The so-called small lake promenaded between See train station and Undosa in Starnberg will be examined in more detail next Monday, February 19th.
