Bibi Bugatti, 27, has had dozens of plastic surgeries in three years. She has had two nose jobs, three breast augmentation and firming surgeries, liposuction, injection of lip implants, surgery to shape the eyes to make them look like cat eyes and three Brazilian butt lift surgeries.
She almost died during one of her buttock lift operations last year due to a lack of oxygen. Bibi does not intend to stop and she wants to do more surgeries in order to maintain her appearance and she has a goal to achieve even more extreme body proportions.
