Hilde Wohlfahrt was the oldest woman from Tölz. She was the owner of the historic Höckhen House with a wine bar, restaurant and café.
The house's annual Christmas market was particularly close to her heart, for which she sewed nativity figures for many years. It was only in the last two years of her life, when her strength began to dwindle and she was increasingly dependent on care, that she lived in a retirement home.
