According to the investigation, the minor fired the blank gun in his basement at home and then took it outside. The exact motive has not yet been conclusively clarified, says police spokesman Holger Stabik. There was never a dangerous situation, says Stabik, but the young person now has to answer for a violation of the weapons law.
