Slight increase in unemployment in Rhineland-Palatinate. In February, 121,800 women and men were without a job, 600 or 0.5 percent more than in the previous month of January.

The unemployment rate remained unchanged at 5.4 percent in February. Compared to February of the previous year, 11,200 or 10.1 percent more unemployed people were counted in the state. The deadline for collecting February data was February 14th, according to the regional directorate of the Federal Employment Agency.
