Emmanuel Macron is thinking about a new major speech on Europe, like this one delivered in September 2017 at the Sorbonne. Impatient to get involved himself in the European campaign, the President of the Republic does not only intend to invite himself to a big meeting alongside the head of the list Valérie Hayer between now and June 9.
