A development plan is being drawn up for an area on Talstraße in Zustorf. On an area of almost 7600 square meters and 15 plots, this allows 22 residential units.

Some councillors expressed doubts about the family-friendliness of plots of land, some of which are less than 300 square metres in size. New forms of urban living such as the so-called tiny houses came into the discussion, but did not exactly meet with much approval. Mayor Josef Straßer is now to push ahead with negotiations on a possible acquisition of this area.
