Official launch authorization from the Federal Aviation Administration has not yet arrived. But the agency recently announced that it had closed the investigation into the failed second Starship test flight in November, so a new launch in mid-March seems plausible from the regulatory point of view. The photos of the operations at the Starbase site, near Boca Chica in southern Texas, were also published on X by Elon Musk.
