Statkraft has projects in development of wind, solar agrivoltaic and storage systems for over 5.3 Gigawatts in Italy. The company's net operating revenues in 2023 were 5.7 billion euros, compared to 7.5 billion the previous year, when the European energy crisis caused extraordinarily high prices and strong volatility.
Statkraft signed an agreement for approximately 1.8 billion euros to acquire the Spanish company Enerfin, an international renewable energy player with a portfolio of 1,500 MW of wind energy in operation and under construction.
