Stoner taken off moped without helmet. Police officers stopped two young people in Buchloe because of a violation of the helmet requirement.
15-year-old driver had a valid driver's license for his moped, but also showed signs of drug-related symptoms. Officers also found ‘drug paraphernalia with marijuana residue’ on the passenger without a helmet. The 17- year-old is therefore facing criminal proceedings for unlawful possession of narcotics. Due to which the young person could face a fine of 500 euros and a driving ban for a month.
