Thousands of Mexico City Jews welcomed the Rebbe Rabbi Yosiah Pinto - the leader of the "Shuba Yisrael" community who came for a special visit. Rabbi Pinto toured the synagogues in the various communities, met with rabbis and heads of the communities, politicians, government officials and businessmen.
He referred to the security situation in Israel and the massacre carried out by Hamas terrorists on October 7, according to him.
