Sudden attack on strange child: woman strangles three-month-old baby. Woman is said to have suddenly attacked another baby in Kassel and choked her with both hands.
Luckily, the little girl suffered no visible injuries in the attack. The motive for the attack is still unclear, but it cannot currently be ruled out that the 33-year-old's mental state played a role in the crime. The Kassel public prosecutor's office has therefore ordered a preliminary psychiatric assessment for the suspected woman.
