The defendant firmly denies this, as well as the main accusation of the prosecution: he raped the girl in a supermarket parking lot in Peiting. The girl admitted during her interrogation that she had sexual intercourse at the age of eleven, with her first boyfriend. She also did not hide the fact that she sometimes had sex with older men in order to finance her drug use at the time.
