Tamara León is the head of one of the branches of the drug gang Los Monos. She was in charge of hiring Pablo Acotto, arrested yesterday as the main accused of leaving the intimidating message against the footballer's family.
The woman is accused of being the leader of a drug dealing gang. The news was confirmed after a series of raids carried out by the Rosario Operational Unit Division, of the Federal Police, and the Federal Forces that are acting in Rosario. The raids yielded 1.5 kilos of cocaine, a hunting shotgun, several cartridges, cell phones and cash.
