Terna is studying the possibility of acquiring assets of up to 1.5 billion - Energia & Energie. The company has carried out preliminary studies to purchase more than 500 kilometers of high voltage electricity lines and approximately 2,200 electrical substations.
Terna explains that "at present no negotiations have been started for any transfers or acquisitions of assets" The company recalls, however, that an Arera resolution, 423 of 2023, "incentivizes distributors to sell some assets"
