A young man, a resident of Sakhnin, who was suspected of setting fire to a car, left behind a cell phone in his escape where his friend recorded him committing the crime. The suspect was arrested by Mashgav station police officers, and yesterday (Thursday) the Haifa District Attorney's Office submitted a prosecutor's statement that it intends to file an indictment against him early next week.
