The camping season began on April 1st and temperatures rose soaring. So off to vacation: The 10 most beautiful campsites around Nuremberg.

At the Kauerlach nature camp, not only campers but also migratory birds take a rest. The Rangau Camping Club is located directly at the large Bischofsweiher. The Waldsee campsite is located on the small Waldsee, in the middle of the Franconian Lake District. The camping area is also located in the Dürichrete Volkspark, close to the city center, but even closer to the Landmark fair. The Knausnaus campsite, just five minutes from the city centre, is just five stops on the S-Bahn or 20 minutes by bike or motorbike. The Nuremberg Volkspark is not far from the Volkspark fair, but also close to Landmark trade fairs and other tourist attractions such as the Bremen Opera House.
