The Haute-Savoie resort is emerging from its culinary apathy. Emmanuel Renaut's hotel-restaurant, 3 stars in Megève, deploys its sober and light room which revolves around the oak, old (buffet) as new (tables without tablecloths).

Entirely oriented towards the bay window, it offers an exceptional full-face view of Mont-Blanc. The lunch menu starts with a very fine Termignon blue cheese tart, crumbling under a mountain of trumpets-de-la-mort.
