The Administrative Litigation Chamber refused to suspend the entire mega DNU. He did so by dismissing two appeals against a decision to that effect by the investigating judge.

This is good news for the Government. The court confirmed the rejection of requests from the City Law Observatory Civil Association - which was the first to represent itself - and Gente de Derecho. The government's defense in both cases was led by the Treasury Attorney General, Rodolfo Barra. It was based on “that the existence of a “cause”, “case” or “controversy” that corresponds to the Judiciary of the Nation resolve in the terms of article 116 of the National Constitution.”
