The Armorique regional natural park (PNRA), in Finistère, has finally been labeled a global geopark. It is one of around 140 UNESCO-certified geoparks in the world.
The distinction rewards the quality and good management of the natural and geological heritage of a given sector. To celebrate the Armorique geopark, come to Crozon on May 18 and 19, for the Center of the Earth Festival. It will kick off a program with events accessible to everyone throughout the country.
