The judges of the Court of Assizes of Cagliari established a provisional amount of 140 thousand euros in total for the victim's family. The report by the medical examiner Roberto Demontis clarified that the chef had been stabbed repeatedly, but also violently hit on the head with a blunt object - an ax had been found at the scene of the crime.
