The company has issued a statement asking users of the PL01 model to stop using it "immediately" and offering a free repair. In May 2021, it was forced to recall 125,000 of its Tread+ treadmills following the death of a child and other machine-related issues.
The company has already received 35 reports of broken and detached bicycle seat post during use, according to CPSC, including 13 reports of injuries including wrist fractures, lacerations and contusions.
