Kibbutz Menara was one of the settlements on the border that suffered significant damage during the war. Many of its houses were destroyed as a result of Hezbollah rocket fire.
The new plan allows for the construction of 211 housing units. The plan will serve as a planning infrastructure to strengthen the economic base of the kib butz. The chairman of the North District Planning and Construction Committee, Eran Nitzan, said that the submission of the plan is an extremely important step for the future of this settlement.
