Deputy in charge of budgets at the Treasury will retire from his position. Minister of Finance Bezalel Smotrich: "one of the most talented we have ever known" Itai Temkin, who was responsible for the macro issue and the state budget, joins a large number of employees who left the office in the past year.
Temkin led the adjustment plan approved by the government in order to deal with the budgetary consequences of the "Iron Swords" war. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in economics with honors from Ben Gurion University.
