Yesenia and Jesús Domínguez were 3 and 5 years old, respectively, when they vanished without a trace in the city of Pueblo, in 2018. The police are investigating the case as a possible homicide.
The authorities did not explain whether the remains found could belong to any of the minors and indicated that expert identification work is ongoing. The agency reported that two people of interest in this case have been interviewed and that they require all possible help from the community to confirm the location and safety of these missing children.
