The court's decision harms the independence of the State of Israel and its ability to defend itself. The court tied Israel in a leash and collar, requiring it to provide it with a report, within 30 days, regarding how it implements its decisions.
The judges are representatives of Russia, China, Somalia, Morocco, Lebanon, Brazil, Jamaica and South Africa. Israel can and must withdraw its consent to appear in The Hague, and announce that as long as Hamas does not unconditionally release all the abductees, we are not playing the game.
