Thibaut Gamba has the appearance of a good-natured giant. The 37-year-old from Vosges took charge of the kitchens at Logis de la Cadène in September 2023.
His grandmother once worked as a truck driver, he was trained by big names like Jean-Louis Nomicos at Lasserre, Pierre Gagnaire or, in New York, Thomas Keller. He stayed six years at Clarance, a beautiful restaurant in Old Lille, before taking up residence in Saint-Émilion.
