[HIGHLIGHTS] The Government confirmed the appointment of Carlos Pirovano as president of the INCAA

Carlos Pirovano is the new president of the National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts. He is a liberal economist, outside the world of cinema, who was already a civil servant.
