81% of reader-ambassadors went to the dealership of their vehicle brand. Honda comes first in customer satisfaction and it is French brands that climb onto the first two steps of the podium for best after-sales service 2024. Volvo, the first premium brand in the ranking, is in sixth place. The ranking takes into account the number of workshops, dealers, agents and approved repairers present in France.
