The alleged fraudulent maneuver that was uncovered with the intermediation of insurance companies from the ANSES exposed a structure that could have been replicated in other State agencies. Judge Julián Ercolini requested information from 45 agencies that Nación Seguros mentioned in the documentation that he delivered to the court.
This is in addition to 27 insurers, both legal entities and individuals, that appear in the forms sent to the magistrate. The presentation orders of the last two days seek to determine how far the alleged fraudulent move expanded.
