The local council approves the conversion of the Oberland workshops with certain conditions. Around 15 new parking spaces need to be created for the planned carpentry workshop in the main building on Lenggrieser Straße.
Buyers have already been found for all of the laundry’s technical equipment. The dismantling and the planned renovation should be completed by August. “Then our approximately 28 employees in the woodworking department will move to the new rooms,” says department manager Matthias Schmidhuber.
