In Tel Aviv, after counting more than half of the votes, Ron Huldai is leading with about 50% support, compared to 38% for Orna Barbibai. In Jerusalem, Moshe Leon won by a large margin of 83.1%, thus defeating his deputy Yosef Havilio.
