The toilets in the Emmeringer community center have been broken for almost twelve months. The reason is water damage - and the disagreement about who should be responsible for it.
Until then, community center visitors will have to use the sanitary facilities in the neighboring Amperhalle. A short section of the route has to be covered in the open air, whatever the weather. The matter has already occupied several experts. According to them, the water damage was caused by the defective lifting system. In total, the damage amount is up to 400,000 euros.
