The manual against the gender gap in the company is written by a woman. Italy is in 79th place in the world out of 146 nations in the Global Gender Gap Index ranking.
The author is Elisabetta Pieragostini, already winner of the Rosanna Santarelli Award for her contribution to innovation. She looks to a human-centric business model, oriented towards development at the service of individuals and advanced on the front of ecological transition and social responsibility, she says.
