Former Truro Mayor Bret Biscoe had a seizure at his home and went into a ten-day hiatus. During them, he allegedly visited the next world "and decided it didn't suit him" He remembers seeing himself with tubes coming out of him, while his doctors, wife and daughters are in the room.
Although Brett does not believe in miracles, he said that when he left the hospital a woman told him that she was among the thousands of people who prayed for his safety.
