The municipality of Gröbenzell continues to use measures to deter the rooks. A falconer will start his work and, with the help of his specially trained bird of prey, will help ensure that rooks leave their nesting locations.
This is intended to prevent them from breeding in settlement areas. In 2022, the community recorded an increase to a total of 66 nests on Ammersee Strasse and Rathausstrasse. This had led to conflicts with residents, which is why the local council decided to take part in the deterrence measures.
