Young people who have no more than a secondary school leaving certificate are becoming less and less likely to make the leap into training. Starting this summer, there will also be tailwind from Berlin for young people: “The Bundestag has decided on a training guarantee. Anyone who has not found a training position in a company has the right to training outside the company,” says NGG Rosenheim-Oberbayern.
