A woman filed lawsuits against her ex-husband for divorce, division of property and very high alimony payments. The woman claimed that the father was dangerous to his children because he regularly uses hard drugs and consumes alcohol to the point of intoxication.
The father admitted to the social worker who was sent to check on his danger, that he had indeed smoked weed a few times in the past, but this was not done in the presence of the children, and it did not make him violent or dangerous towards his children at all. The social worker was questioned by the mother's attorney as well as by the Adri lawyers.
