The police incorrectly translated a "threats" post against Ben Gabir - and the indictment was dropped. The police had to withdraw a letter of indictment after it was not proven that the post he published contained threats contrary to the translation they had made.
"The content in Arabic does not contain threats," says the defense attorney. "We deny that at the relevant time Ben Gabirs was Minister of National Security," he adds. "As a defense attorney, I do not know who is the president of the country now"
