Francisco Mugnolo was a lawyer, teacher, former national deputy for the radicalism. He had been in office for more than 20 years.
Referents of the UCR lamented his death on social networks. The Radical Civic Union of Buenos Aires called him a "much-loved radical militant, political leader and a great defender of human rights" He was a member of the Governing Board of the Argentine Federation of the Bar Association and the Lawyer Defense Commission of the Argentina Federation of Bar Association.
