Former Valencian vice president Mónica Oltra was accused of covering up her ex-husband's abuse of a minor. The accusation caused her to resign from her positions as vice president and a deputy in the regional Cortes.

The judge who has investigated the case for two years decided, just ten days ago, to archive the case considering that there were “no indications of the commission of any crime” The prosecution has thus decided not to appeal the decision that has been appealed by the other accusations, the one representing the victim of the abuse, and the one presented by an association led by the former founder of Vox Cristina Seguí and the ultra training itself. The public ministry supports the court's decision to dismiss the case due to which the Valencians vice president resigned from her position in the Valencians Executive and as a regional parliamentarian. The case is still under investigation, but the judge has instructed several proceedings, among which the study of the emails that theOltra team exchanged in the counseling both with the vice president.
