Relatives of one of those killed in the Cerro Muriano maneuvers request preventive detention for the three investigated commanders. They allege that the accusation by the military judge shows that the facts are serious and they fear that they could destroy relevant evidence for the case.

The widow of Corporal Miguel Ángel Andújar, one of the two soldiers who died on December 21 during maneuvers in an artificial lake at the Army base in Córdoba, has requested preventive detention. The military judge of the Togado Court Number 21 had placed the three soldiers under suspicion.
