The soccer match between two drug trafficking teams that ended with 16 deaths. It happened in the Zacatecas prison, Mexico.
One of the teams was made up of inmates from the Gulf Cartel and the other was made. up of members of the Zetas Cartel. The match continued with shots It all started when a midfielder from each team went to violently dispute a ball in the middle of the field. There a fight broke out and several inmates pulled out firearms and began shooting. Around 5:00 p.m. the fight was under control, but 15 people had lost their lives and 23 more were taken to a health center.
