The state is suing Channel 14 presenter Shimon Riklin, this is because of the "Cheap Stock" store he built on land in Judea and Samaria. The land was allowed to be allocated with an exemption from a public tender, for the purpose of establishing an "industrial" plant for Judaica products and sacred objects.

According to the lawsuit, Riklin leased lot 501 according to a lease contract, a long-term lease, in which he entered into a contract with the commissioner in 2012.
