The streets that will be blocked and the highlights for the public: what you need to know for the 2024 Jerusalem Marathon. Dozens of streets throughout the capital city will be closed to traffic, but for the benefit of the participants in the marathon, the Teddy Stadium parking lot and a free shuttle system will be allocated.
Hundreds of police and security forces will be deployed throughout the city during the day in order to secure the runners and direct the traffic. It will not be allowed to bring weapons into the marathon complex, and flying drones during the marathon is prohibited.
