Bullrich, who managed the PRO until the presidential election, came out to strongly cross Torres. Torres revealed that Bullrich was aware of what was going to happen because he himself warned him. The dilemma is simple: "Either everything remains the same or we embrace freedom and change," he said. "Macri was the most federal president in the history of the Republic, he knows the importance that the provinces have in the construction of a country," Torres said.
