There are 18 cities outlawed for fine dust in 2023. Frosinone in the black spot for 70 days of exceeding, followed by Turin (66) and Treviso (63) There were 29 cities outlawed in 2022 and 31 in 2021.

The comparison with the new targets for 2030 is worrying: 69% of cities would be outlawed for PM10, 84% for PM2.5 and 50% for No2.  Despite a reduction in smog levels, cities are struggling to improve air quality.
