The arrest was made by agents of the Anti-Terrorist Investigation Unit Division of the Investigation Superintendence of the Argentine Federal Police. The Federal Police arrested him in Venado Tuerto, in an operation with Spanish authorities.
Through Telegram, he shared suspicious messages about possible targets. They seized a notebook and a cell phone.
