An Argentinian was arrested accused of murdering a German businessman in Brazil. Juan Ramírez is accused of locking Dietmar Frenkle in a house and setting it on fire.
He will be charged with the crime of "homicide qualified with cruelty" for making it impossible for the victim to have any possibility of defending himself. The victim did not show signs of violence and was known for participating in social projects aimed at the population in vulnerable situations in the northern region of Santa Catarina.
